Welcome to Snack Land. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of snackland.in (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.
1. About Us Snack Land is a packaged food brand based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, selling roasted makhana (foxnut) snacks under the flavours Pudina Mint, Peri Peri, and Cream n Onion.
2. Products & Pricing All prices displayed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display accurate product information, weights, and pricing, but we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
3. Orders & Acceptance Placing an order on the Site is an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if we are unable to fulfil your order, and a full refund will be issued for any amount already charged.
4. Payment We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking through Razorpay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Snack Land does not store your full card or payment credentials — these are handled directly and securely by our payment gateway partner.
5. Shipping Please refer to our Shipping Policy (linked in the site footer) for delivery timelines and charges.
6. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund & Return Policy instead.
7. Intellectual Property The Snack Land name, logo, packaging design, and all content on this Site (text, graphics, images) are the property of Snack Land and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our prior written permission.
8. User Accounts If you create an account on the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
9. Prohibited Use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt unauthorised access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with its normal operation.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Snack Land shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or its products, beyond the value of the order in question.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
